Make it easy for prospective clients to get in touch with you. Add a Contact Form for the user to fill out with up to 5 fields of your choice. Once they submit the form, an instant email will be sent to your preferred email address notifying you of the enquiry.

If you need more control of your website then the CMS is the essential additional feature for your website. It means you can update your site yourself with fresh content instantly. We create a simple, password protected site administration panel, give you some simple training, and you're away. The CMS can be added to any of the Design packages, we will be happy to advise you of the best layouts to choose if selecting this option.

The following features are only available if the Content Management System is chosen (please skip this section if you have not chosen this).

Keep your clients informed by sending out a regular newsletter which you can type up from within your admin. We will design a suitable template for your newsletter to be displayed on, whenever it is sent out via email.

This is a handy feature to regularly update the latest news and articles on your website from within your admin. You can simply add a new article and once it's saved, it will show up on your website.

If you have a photo gallery that needs constant updating, this feature gives you the ability to do it yourself from within your admin. You can simply upload the new photos or replace the old ones, this beats having to ask us to do it every time and can save you a lot of money in the long run.

This gives you the ability to change the title that displays on your browser, the description of your website and the keywords relating to your website. This allows you to tailor your meta details more specifically to your company and will help the search engines to categorize your website easily.

If you like the look of one of our layouts, but need a bit more control or require some bespoke customization in order to get it looking just right, then the 'bespoke design customization' addition is for you.

Which is why our monthly maintenance packages work and we have many happy customers saving themselves a lot of time and money. You have a couple of options depending on how you like to do business, pay as you go at our standard hourly rate, or for those of you who will require regular content alterations (special offers, price changes, fresh content, new pictures etc) then sign up to a monthly maintenance package.

We work on the principal that you will be with us for a long time, therefore when you sign up to one of our maintenance packages you sign up for 6 months and are allotted a set amount of hours based on your package. You can then call or email us instructing us to do anything for you and we will simply deduct the time from your allowance. We will advise you when you are close to your allotted time so that you can budget accordingly – no nasty surprise bills.

6 hours per 6 months £290 (saving you £40 + 5% off your design)

If you want to get to the top of Google (other major search engines are available!) and drive more traffic to your website then you might want to seriously consider signing up to our SEO package for a minimum of 6 months.
